At Aushadi, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product packaging is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Results not meeting expectations


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, clear photos, and unboxing video (if available) showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.


3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting payment details.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


4. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened consumable products

  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

  • Free promotional items
