Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly communicated on the website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation message via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your shipment in real time.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders and locations.

  • Aushadi reserves the right to confirm COD orders via phone or message before dispatch.

  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Refusal to accept the order

The shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for assistance.


8. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across India. Availability of delivery depends on courier service coverage in your area.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Aushadi shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or lockdowns

  • Courier partner disruptions

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
